I love the sunset background in this image but wish it was reflected in the water like the rest of the lights are in the image. Also, I wish that the image of the hotel was more clear. Maybe you could set your camera to bulb for the fountain so it shows the movement of the water.
The sky in the background is beautiful! Maybe work on clearing up a little bit of the noise and getting a sharper image, but I think that the composition is beautiful
The ability to capture light through the lens is well done. However the hotel has a black outline around it where the mask didn't quite hug the edge of the architecture tight enough, making the hotel feel photoshopped. Instead of masking out the sky or hotel, revisit the demo on using the lighten blending mode to have photoshop automatically put the brightest pixels ontop of the other image. This is much faster and yields a much better result.
Compositionally I really like how this photograph is arranged - it's very pleasing to the eye. I'm guessing the sky has been replaced? If so I would just work on clearing up the border of the buildings a little more. Also some noise reduction could help make the image appear sharper, despite it being taken in low light.
