We are looking at what looks to be a composited photo of a light shop. The window and door are in the lower third of the frame. There is texture contrast from the smooth building panels to the rough grass and concrete.
This photo could be about the earth's light pollution and how businesses contribute to that. Even though the store is closed the lights are still on which are using energy. The rest of the composition is very dark which puts the focus on the door with the closed sign and window with the bright lights.
I think the compositing in photoshop is done well but I think the photo could have benefitted from something in the top third of the frame, it feels a little empty. If you had gone out right before sunset and gotten the sky in the background I think that could have made your composition stronger.
I would need to hear more about the intentions behind this photo so I could better interpret it, and relate it to larger cultural issues. Going off of my interpretation, light pollution is a large problem especially on the east coast.
